How We Support Clients

Digital Goodness INC provides customer support through email, scheduled calls, project documentation, milestone updates, testing notes, and approved communication channels. Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding major holidays.

Service Fulfillment Policy

All consulting, SaaS development, software support, workflow automation, digital platform, and technology deliverables are provided digitally through email, scheduled meetings, written reports, project documentation, software access, development milestones, testing updates, and approved delivery timelines.

Support Requests

Clients may submit support requests by emailing daniel@digitalgoodnsdg.com. Please include your company name, project name, the issue or request, relevant screenshots, and any deadline or impact details.

Response Time

Most standard support requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Urgent production-impacting issues are prioritized based on severity, scope, and client service agreement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on project stage, service type, completed work, third-party expenses, and approved deliverables. Because SaaS and technology work often includes planning, configuration, development labor, software tools, cloud resources, and custom documentation, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable once work begins.

Refunds May Be Considered When

  • A duplicate or mistaken charge occurred.
  • A client cancels before work, setup, research, or consultation begins.
  • Digital Goodness INC is unable to provide the agreed service.
  • A written refund request is reviewed and approved.

Non-Refundable Items May Include

  • Completed consultations, discovery, or strategy sessions.
  • Completed milestones, custom development, or delivered documents.
  • Third-party software licenses, cloud fees, hosting, API, or vendor charges.
  • Monthly retainers or support plans after the billing period begins.

Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation by written notice. For subscriptions or monthly support plans, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges. Custom project cancellations may be reviewed against completed work and approved milestones.
